Trusts
In its most basic terms, a trust is a legal arrangement involving you (as settlor or grantor) creating the trust and giving property to the trustee to be used for the benefit of another person - the beneficiary. A trust can be created during your lifetime or upon your death. Unlike a will, a trust is designed to allow the trustee to administer the terms of the trust without the oversight of the probate court. We can draft a trust to distribute your assets, provide for a family member, or achieve other planning goals.
